How much does an event photographer cost?
Each event is priced with a tailored quote. It depends on how long we’re on site, daytime or evening hours, the number of days and venues, the number of retouched photos and travel.
Do you need attendees’ consent to publish event photos?
In principle, yes, as soon as a person is recognisable and featured in the image; their written consent remains the best proof. A wide shot of the room where no one is singled out raises fewer issues. Include a note in the invitation and a simple way, such as a coloured badge, to identify those who prefer not to appear.
How long does it take to receive the photos?
The turnaround depends on the number of photos and the level of retouching; it is stated in the quote. Need a few images very quickly for a post or press release? Tell us at the briefing: we’ll organise the selection accordingly.
Can you take photos without disrupting the talks?
Yes. Positions are chosen in advance with the organiser, we move between talks and we limit flash while a speaker is talking.
Can you cover a multi-day event?
Yes. We plan coverage day by day from the programme. When workshops run at the same time, we agree the priority workshops with you. If wider coverage is needed, we look at it together when preparing the quote.
Event photographer or corporate photographer: what’s the difference?
An event photographer follows a specific moment: a programme, speakers, an audience. Corporate photography shows the company day to day, with its portraits, teams and premises. The two can be combined, for example to photograph your speakers before a conference.
