How much does a training video cost?
The estimate takes into account the sequences and workstations to film, the sites and filming time, the amount of animation and the versions to deliver. You receive a detailed quote after an initial conversation.
Filmed or animated: which is best for a training video?
A hand movement, a machine or a place is easier to understand when filmed. Software, a process flow or an abstract concept is better explained through animation. Many modules combine both.
Will the videos work with our e-learning platform?
We deliver video files in standard formats, with subtitles, and check before filming what your platform accepts. Packaging into SCORM modules and quizzes remains the job of your authoring tool or e-learning provider.
Who should appear on camera in a training video?
Most often, your own trainers or subject-matter experts: they know the tasks and are credible to their colleagues. We prepare them and guide them during filming, with no script to learn by heart.
How long should a training video be?
One sequence per concept, as short as the subject allows. A long course is split into several videos, easier to find and rewatch. We agree the breakdown together at the briefing stage.
Can a video be updated when the procedure changes?
Yes. Because each sequence stands alone, only the one that changes is filmed or animated again, without redoing the whole module.
