How much does a real estate photographer cost?
We price each shoot with a tailored quote. It depends on the number of properties or units, the floor area and number of rooms, outdoor spaces, the number of retouched images, any aerial views and travel.
How do I prepare a property for a photo shoot?
The simplest approach is to look at it as a buyer walking in: nothing lying around, airy and bright rooms, a clear entrance and façade. We send you a preparation checklist before the shoot, to pass on to the occupant if needed.
Do you need permission to photograph a building?
Under French law, a property owner generally has no exclusive right over the image of their property, but they can object to a use that causes them abnormal harm. For interiors, the consent of the owner or occupant is essential. A recent architect-designed building may also be protected by copyright: we review this with you at the briefing stage.
Are real estate photos edited?
Yes: light, colours, perspective and reflections are corrected for a consistent series. However, we never hide a defect in the property or add anything that doesn’t exist: the photo must match what the visitor will find on site.
How long does it take to get the photos?

Real estate photography shows a space in order to sell or let it: volumes, light, flow, usually with nobody in shot. Corporate photography tells the story of the company occupying the premises, with its teams at work. So for offices you want to market, real estate photography is what you need.
