We work with estate agencies, property developers, residence managers, and companies selling, letting or opening premises. Filming is done on the ground, walking through the place as a buyer would. To show the location, the land or a site from the air, we add shots from our drone video service.

How much does a real estate video cost?
The quote varies with the size and number of places to film, the filming time, drone shots, interviews, animated graphics and the number of versions delivered. For construction progress videos, the number of shoots also counts. We itemise it after a first conversation.
What is the difference between a video tour and a virtual tour?
A virtual tour lets you move freely through a 360° reproduction of the property. A video tour is an edited route, with pacing, music and on-screen information, that you watch like a film and can share anywhere. The video tour is the format we produce.
How do you prepare a property before filming?
As you would for a viewing: a tidy interior, aired rooms and every light working. During scouting, we go through the place with you and pick the time of day according to its orientation.
Can you film a property that is still occupied?
Yes, with the occupants’ consent. We avoid showing personal belongings, family photos and anything that could identify them, and nobody is filmed without their agreement.
Can you make a video of a development that isn’t built yet?
Yes. The film draws on the neighbourhood, transport links, the sales office or show flat, your architectural visuals and the developer speaking on camera. It can then be added to as construction progresses.
Can you add aerial views of the property?
Yes. Depending on the area, our pilots film the property’s location, the land or the construction site from the air, ideally on the same day as the ground tour. We check that the flight is permitted before quoting.
