How much does live streaming an event cost?
The quote depends on the set-up: number of cameras and camera operators, time on site, control desk and on-screen graphics, streaming platform and travel. We break it down line by line after discussing your event.
Which platforms can you stream to?
YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, Facebook Live, Zoom or Teams, among others. We help you choose according to your audience: a stream open to all or reserved for your guests.
Do you need a good internet connection at the venue?
Yes, the stability of the stream depends on it. We check the venue’s connection during preparation, then run a test stream before the event to fix any issues in advance.
How far in advance should I book a live stream?
As early as possible. Time is needed to choose the platform, prepare the graphics and test the connection. The preparation schedule is agreed with you when we draw up the quote.
Is the live stream recorded?
Yes. You receive the recording after the event, to show again or share. An edited film of the event is a separate service, which can be made from the same footage.
Do I need to tell attendees they will be streamed live?
Yes, it is recommended: broadcasting the image of an identifiable person generally requires their consent. Mention the live stream in the invitation and remind people at the entrance. During the stream, we avoid close-ups of anyone who does not wish to appear.
