How much does event video production cost?
The quote mainly depends on the set-up: time on site, number of camera operators and cameras, interviews, number of versions to edit and travel. We itemise it after discussing your programme.
What is the difference between an aftermovie and conference filming?
An aftermovie conveys the atmosphere in a short format. Conference filming keeps every talk from start to finish, so it can be watched again or shared. Both can come from the same shoot if the set-up allows for it.
How long does it take to deliver an event video?
The turnaround depends on the length of the film and the number of versions. It is set out in the quote. If you need a teaser shortly after the event, we can plan an express edit.
Can you live stream the event?
Yes, it is a separate service: live streaming. It is planned from the brief and can be combined with an aftermovie or conference filming.
Do I need attendees’ consent to film them?
Publishing images of an identifiable person generally requires their consent. The simplest way is to announce it in the invitation or at registration, then on site. During the shoot, we avoid framing people who do not wish to appear.
Do you film events outside Lyon?
Yes, throughout the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, including Grenoble and Saint-Étienne. Travel costs are specified in the quote.
